Returns and Refunds

1.1. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

1.3. Please contact our customer service team at +92-332-3539359 or team@jewelist.pk to initiate the return process. We may require you to provide order details, photographs, or any other relevant information.

1.4. Once we receive and inspect the returned jewelry, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

1.5. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

2.1. We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2.2. The jewelry for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

2.3. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +92-332-3539359 or team@jewelist.pk. They will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

2.4. Once we receive and inspect the jewelry for exchange, we will notify you about the availability of the requested item.

2.5. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you promptly. If the item is not available, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

3.1. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

3.2. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3.3. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3.4. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Quality Assurance:

5.1. We take pride in providing premium quality artificial jewelry. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue with the jewelry, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will assist you accordingly.
